Vacancies
All vacancies in Battledown and schools in the SAND Academy are advertised centrally. Please see below a list of all of the current vacancies.
Vacancies at our school will also be advertised on the Gloucestershire County Council website.
At Battledown we have several volunteers who help children to play and learn in class and at activities such as Riding, swimming and Forest School.
Volunteering
All volunteers receive basic training on how we work at Battledown and additional training that is specific to the children they work with. This is an opportunity for you to meet new people and share your skills with others.
If you think you would like to support children play and learn and are interested in:
- Messy Play
- Drop-in groups
- Riding
- Forest School
- Swimming
If you think you have others skills to offer like:
- Light gardening
- Fundraising
- Grant/bid writing
If you are over 16 and think you would like to help will you please contact us for a starter pack and application form.
