Adele, one of our lovely parents, is taking part in a sponsored skydive this August along with three colleagues to raise money to purchase spinny chairs for each of the classes in school. Battledown will be taking part in Pyjama Day raising money for the Pied Piper Appeal. Staff and children are welcome to wear pyjamas into school on Friday 24th May (last day of term 5) for a £1.00 donation.

Come and join us for our Spring Pamper Evening on Friday, 1st March. Tickets cost £5 and include a drink on arrival, nibbles, shopping stalls and a fashion show featuring a few familiar faces! Treatments also available at additional charge and are bookable on the night. Please email admin@battledown.sandmat.uk to book tickets.   Unfortunately this event has been cancelled due to low ticket sales.

Come and join us for some festive creativity at Battledown! The cost for a 12-inch wreath is £15 and all basic materials and greenery (12” wire frame with moss, pine, eucalyptus, holly and greenery) will be supplied. If you want any specific decoration you will need to bring this with you. If you are interested please complete and return the reply slip by 20th November with a (non-refundable) £5 deposit. This will give enough time to purchase materials. Slots are 1.30pm – 3pm, 4.45pm – 6.15pm & 6.30pm – 8.30pm.
